He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Rule and Margaret Rule (Kessler); and his brother Richard Rule. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Pike; his children, Catherine Tammaro and David Rule of Hodgkins, IL; his grandson Nathaniel Tammaro; and his cousins, Nancy VanDeVelde and Sandra Diericks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
