He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Brubaker and Helen Brubaker (Costello); and his wife Ruth A. Meyers. He is survived by: his children, Richard Brubaker (Bobbie) of Houston, TX and Amy Simpkins (Mike) of Denton, TX; his brother Jake Brubaker of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, John Cernovich (Nichole), Adam Cernovich (Angie) and Caitlin Milmo (John); and his great grandchildren, George, Jacob, Josie, Gavin, Chloe, Bryce, Evelyn and Mason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
