It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Powell (Kewanee, Illinois), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bill, David, James and Jack Powell; his nephew Alan Powell; and his parents, Harvey Powell and Mary Kennedy Powell.
He is survived by: his sister Devita A. Blaylock (Jack) of Cresco; and his sibling's children, Steve Powell, Ty Blaylock, Julie Powell, Trina McArevy and Connie Blaylock Gray.
