He was predeceased by: his father Bill Washburn; his grandparents, William, Christine Washburn, Ted and Helen Holland; and his uncles, Bob and Dave Washburn.
He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Washburn (Holland); his former wife Barbara Harland; his children, Robert Washburn and Lacey Rios (Felipe); his grandchildren, Liliana, Michael and Jayden Rios; and his brothers, Bill Washburn (RaNae) of Kewanee and Brian Washburn of Kewanee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
