It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Whitmer (Kewanee, Illinois), who passed away on April 13, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Whitmer and Catherine Whitmer (Huber); his wife Doris; his siblings, Donald of Jack, Joyce Ballentine and Peggy Buckingham; and his grandson Eric Andrew Williamson.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Williamson (Floyd) of Noblesville, IN and Herb W. Whitmer (Millie); his grandchildren, Todd Williamson, Amy Behme, Brooke Traphagan (Chad) and Tim Williamson; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Carter, Tristan Behme, Delaney Traphagan, Dawson Traphagan and Nick Williamson; and his sister Bonnie Thompson.
