He is survived by: his children, Carolina Martinez (Jesus) of Kewanee, Yolanda Quintero (Lorenzo) of Kewanee, Urbano Garcia (Ana) of Muscatine, IA and Reina Ann Garcia of Kewanee; his sister Carolina Garcia Cardona of Mexico; his grandchildren, Gabriela, Cecilia, Isabela, Noelia, Jesus, Eusebia, Julian, Urbano, Josue, Alonzo and Avianna; and his great grandchild Santiago.

Memorials may be directed to the Samuel Garcia Memorial Fund.
