He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Felten and Beverly Felten (Tharp); and his sisters, Nancy Foster and Chris DeClercq. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Turnbull; his sons, John DeClercq (Becky) of Kewanee and Michael DeClercq (Kara) of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Aaron DeClercq (Tori) of Freeburg, IL, Cory DeClercq of Kewanee, Koeyn of Kewanee, Emmorie DeClercq of Kewanee and Caesyn DeClercq of Kewanee; and his siblings, Debbie Woods (Jim) of Le Claire, IA, Jane Davis (Shelby), Lori Gibson (Matt) and Phil Felten (Marlene) of Lake Elsinore, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
