Grace Fitzwater Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Fitzwater of Kinmundy, Illinois, who passed away on May 24, 2025 at the age of 8. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Jesse Fitzwater and Emilee Fitzwater (Walker) of Kinmundy; her brothers, Ridge and Otto Fitzwater; her grandparents, Tony Walker of Iuka, Wes, Donna Fitzwater of Vandalia, Leon, Amy Thurman of Xenia, Jim and Rita Duncan of Salem; her great-grandparents, Jerry, Penny Fitzwater of Salem, Vicki Donoho of Salem and Kay Sears of Flora; her aunts and uncles, Kacie Lobek (Grant) of Salem, Braxtin Walker of Austin, Alison Kelly (Jake) of Brownstown, Illinois, Creed Bevalo (Tracy Lane) of Iuka, Rush Fitzwater (Leslie) of Rayville, Brennan Fitzwater (Lainey Detering) of New Athens and Trevin Thurman of Bozeman, Montana; her cousins, Dalton, Kaedon, Lillian, Louis, Caydan and Kelby; and her pets, Copper and Amos. She is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kinmundy United Methodist Church (308 E 3rd St, Kinmundy, IL 62854).
Memorials may be made to Grace's family to help assist with medical expenses.
