We bid farewell to Pauline Clayton of Knoxville, Illinois, born in Warren, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 22, 2025 at the age of 92. Pauline touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Kirby and Ethel Kirby (Cunningham); her husband Melvin "Pete" Clayton; and her daughter Vickie Hutchings. She is survived by: her children, Perry Clayton of Galesburg and Brenda Snider (Jay) of Galesburg; her grandchildren, Jacob Snider, Keri Dillon (Snider) and Tina Suddeth; and her great grandchildren, Eric and Page Suddeth.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Knoxville Cemetery.
