She is survived by: her husband Steve; and her children, Lauren, Brittany and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Pacific Marine Mammal Center (https://apps.pacificmmc.org) or Girl Scouts of the USA (https://www.girlscouts.org) to honor JuliAnne's love of California, marine life, and youth programs.
