He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Hawryluk and Katherine Hawryluk (Krott). He is survived by: his wife Eva; his daughter Oksana (Paul); his granddaughters, Autumn and Rylee; and his brother John.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Symonds-Lakes Funeral Home (111 W Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030). A masonic service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
