He was predeceased by : his wife Michelle Shawala. He is survived by : his parents, Raymond Mielak and Diana Mielak; his stepdaughters, Danielle and Stephanie Mack; his stepgrandchildren, Kaylee and Giana; and his granddaughters, Kaylee and Giana Mack.
