With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia D. Blair of Lakemoor, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 13, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Howard Lee Blair; her daughters, Kimberly Blair Gross (Steven) and Diana Lee Rackow (John III); her grandsons, John L. Rackow IV and Michael T. Rackow; and her brothers, Robert F. Tomsik Jr. (late Marilyn) and Gary Tomsik (late LeAnn). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
