He is survived by : his wife Charlotte; his children, Robert Hofstra, Nancy Adams (Robert) and David Hofstra (Donna); his grandchildren, Anthony Hofstra (Harmony), James Hofstra (Krystle), Thomas Hofstra (Chelsea), Brian Adams (Andrea), Joseph Adams and Kevin Adams (Ali); his great grandchildren, Logan, Belle, Haley and Anna; and his siblings, Daniel Hofstra (Joyce) and Ruth Kennelly. He is also survived by Many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
