He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster and Delores Foster (Snyder); his son Brian Foster; and his brother Ronald Turney. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Carter of Lawrenceville; his sons, Donnie Foster of Lawrenceville and Matt Foster (Lisa) of Bridgeport; and his stepchildren, Scott Roberts of Bellevue, NE and Jamie Shidler (Robert) of Bellevue, NE.
