She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Frost and Leah Ruth Frost (Paskins); her husband James T. Sweeten, Sr.; and her brother Virgil Frost. She is survived by : her children, James 'Jimmy Sweeten, Jr. (Dana) of Vincennes, Jeff Sweeten (Angie) of Lawrenceville and Beth Onstott (Troy) of Camdenton, Missouri; and her sister Erma Edie (Don) of Waynesville, Missouri. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society.
