She is survived by : her parents, Ronald P. Konieczny (Bethany Williams) and Anna L. Konieczny; her aunt Valarie Konieczny; her siblings, Wade Konieczny, Parker Konieczny, Kylie Depoorter and Charley Richter; her grandparents, Kathleen Vanderpluym (Jim), Val Konieczny, Virginia Ann Simpson and James Simpson; her great-grandparents, Lois Medler and Mary Konieczny; her grandfather Gary Williams (Carol); her aunts and uncles, Russell Konieczny (Sara), Margaret Samson, Robbie Adams (Kristina), Becky Faust (Dennis) and Lisa Rogers (Kevin); and her cousins, Valarie Konieczny, Emerson Konieczny, Asher Samson, Tiger Faust and Collin Adams. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Horner Park, to go towards expanding the handicap accessible playground put in for Hayden.
