We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2022, at the age of 72, MaDonna Diane Wortman of Lebanon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Leonard Wortman and Dorothy Donald Wortman. She is survived by : her siblings, Susan Triplett, William Wortman (Judy), Edward Wortman and Charles Jenkins; her children, Eric Wohlrab, Jr. (Janine) of Woodbridge, Virg. and Santina Wortman (Martin Collerd) of Chicago; and her grandchildren, Roman, Roland, Mirabelle and Anthony.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to one of the local institutions that MaDonna supported regularly: either the Missouri Botanical Gardens, Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville, or Rosati-Kain High School in St. Louis.
