Chadwick, Jr., Christopher Chadwick, Mark Chadwick, Eric Chadwick, Shawn Chadwick and Timothy Chadwick. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; three brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
