We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2021, at the age of 74, John W. Cheever of Lexington, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cheever and Dorothy Messinger Cheever; and his sister Margaret Anne Burress. He is survived by: his wife Linda Katherine Grunloh; his sons, David Cheever (Michele) of Lexington and Matthew Cheever of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Kate, Erin Cheever, Callie and Joseph Cheever.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials may be made to the Lexington Public Library – John Cheever Memorial.
