With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita B. Reed (Libertyville, Illinois), who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Anita may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anita touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (429 Brainerd Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the Mt. Olivet Memorial Park Cemetery (1436 Kenosha Rd, Zion, IL 60099).
