He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph (Catherine Tielke) and Jim; his wife Betty Adams; and his siblings, Marvin, Lorraine and Vincent.

He is survived by: his children, PJ, Michael and Dawn; his grandsons, Matthew, Nicholas (Megan) and Mitchell (Kassadie); and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Carter, Hayes and Paxton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Church, 121 E. Maple Ave., Libertyville.
