She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Cook and Eva Cook (Rainwater); her husband Kenneth Ely; and her son Brian. She is survived by: her children, Ken Ely, Greg Ely (Krista), Randy Ely (Gwen), Mitchell Ely (Aletha) and Beth Bushnell (Kurt). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
