He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean Monroe; his sons, Richard Tubbs (Shari Piekarski) of Coralville, IA, Mark Tubbs (Aren Ginsberg) of St. Louis, MO and William Tubbs (Jennifer Johnson) of Springfield, IL; his sister-in-law Dorothy Wind of Englewood, FL; and his granddaughter Audrey Ling Tubbs of Springfield, IL. He was also cherished by four nieces and one nephew.
