He was predeceased by: his parent Bienvenido Sr. Remembered. He is survived by: his friend Ben Castillo Jr.; his mother Glorietta Remembered; his children, Anna, Carlo and Irene; his wife Agnes; and his siblings, Manolito, Nina and Emmanuel. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
He continued to work and see patients as often as he could, undeterred by the twin challenges of chemotherapy and the COVID-19 pandemic.
