He was predeceased by: his mother Faye Salkeld (Lutes); his sister Karen; and his former wife Janet. He is survived by: his father William Salkeld of Bourbonnais; his children, Patrick Salkeld of Lisle, Michael Salkeld (Caitlin Giudice) and Megan Salkeld of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Sue (Robert Flott), Barb (Jack Roney), Tricia Krugman of Bourbonnais and Dan; and his sister-in-law Beth Salkeld of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kankakee Humane Foundation.
