He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph William and Goldie Florence Baugh (Joyett); his wife Shirley Maxine Whitsell; his children, Wendell Baugh (Kathy) of Gillespie Loren and Janet Keistler of Springfield Joyce; his grandchildren, Stacey Baugh (Jennifer), Jennifer Curtis, Evan Baugh (Beth), Kristin Armitage (Matt), Daniel Baugh (Ashley), Julie Nelson, Chelsea Lapolice, Eric Fath (Kaitlyn) and Adam Fath (Kayla); his son Randall Baugh; his brother Roy Baugh; and his son-in-law Hal Keistler.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association.
