Thompson of Loami, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thompson and Grace Loss Thompson; his daughter Rhnee L. Thompson; and his siblings, Clair Steinhour and David Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae Gillespie; his children, Michele Eairheart (Brian) of Elwood, IL and James R. Thompson (Shawn) of Loami; and his grandchildren, Darryll Harlan (Michelle), Tiffany Thompson (Casey Clemens) and Travis Thompson. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
