He was predeceased by: his spouse Elizabeth "Betty"; and his siblings, Joseph Jarzab (late Irene) and Adeline Jarzab (late Joseph). He is survived by: his children, Mary Ellen Keith (late James) and Rose Hawrylicz (Tony); and his grandchildren, Katherine C. Johnson, Anthony F. Hawrylicz and Lindsay R. Hawrylicz.
