He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Lebreux of Joliet, IL and Debra Shultz (Rick) of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Jamie Juda (Richard), Jason Lebreux, Taryn Shultz, Ricky Shultz (Emily) and Jordan Shultz; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Mckenna, Aiden, Justin, Nathan, Emily, Arlington, Abel and Ophelia; his stepdaughters, Rachel Barker (Jerad) and Lisa Pattullo; his stepgrandchildren, Jordan Merriman (Colin) and Jeffery Menear (Katey); and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Blake and Dorothy.
