He was predeceased by: his sibling Jeff. He is survived by: his spouse Denise; his children, Villa Park of Villa Park and Crystal of Villa Park; his grandchild Mariah; his parents, James of Lombard and Karen of Lombard; his sibling's children, Jeremy, Nicole, Heather, Amber, Rachael, Brittany and Kaylee; and also, Sullivan and Kuehn of Lombard.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to National Kidney Foundation of Illinois, 215 W. Illinois St., Suite 1C, Chicago, IL 60654 appreciated.
