He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Cruse; his children, Cody Bowen of Shobonier and Amy Wilson (Kenneth) of Louisville; his stepdaughter Dawn Leonberger of Shobonier; his grandchildren, Kenneth J. Wilson of Louisville, Caiden Bowen of Olney and Mia Walter of Greenville; his stepgrandchild Waylon Leonberger of Shobonier; and his siblings, Alan Bowen (Linda) of Louisville, Virgil Bowen (Paula) of Louisville, Patricia Polcyn (Mike) of Louisville and Debbie Halterman (Brad) of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
