It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Gould of Louisville, Illinois, born in Bible Grove, Illinois, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harmon Ezra and Mary Elsie Gould (Lewis); his wife Laura Beth Chandler; and his brothers, Lewis H. Gould and Loren W. Gould.

He is survived by : his children, Neil Gould (Tracy) of Louisville, Gala Hinkle (Tom) of St. Louis and Linda Ungrund (Lee) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Beth Haarmann (Jeff) of Louisville, Lance Ungrund (Rachel) of Martinsville, Emily Liggett (Jason) of Louisville, Curtis Gould (Jill) of Louisville, Lynnette Ungrund of Denver and Logan Ungrund of Bethalto; his great grandchildren, Clayton Haarmann, Blair Liggett, Kenzie Ungrund and Faith Haarmann; his siblings, Gerald Gould (Orpha) of Louisville and Mary Kathyrn Seay of San Diego; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Gould of Indiana.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Clay City United Methodist Church or Clay County Hospice.
