With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicole Lewis of Louisville, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2022 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacqueline Scott (Lewis) and Steve "Lumpy" Acree. She is survived by : her siblings, Jared Scott (Michelle) of Decatur and Natalie Lewis (Robert) of Louisville; her boyfriend Matthew Bickley; her nieces and nephews, Ashtyn Gillespie (Rose) of Mt. Vernon, Chloe Lansford of Vandalia, Breeze Scott and Storm Scott of Klamath Falls, Oregon; her great-niece Brynlee Gillespie; her great-nephew True Legend Dean Scott of Klamath, Oregon; and her uncle Marty Lewis (Crystal) of Bible Grove.

Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses and will be accepted through the funeral home.
