She is survived by : her husband Wayne Lapington of Louisville; her stepmother Janet Courtright of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; her daughters, Sonja Harrison (Ray) of Vandalia and Misty Woods (Rick Feather) of Kinmundy; her siblings, Roddy Allen Courtright (Patti) of Mt. Carmel, Arthur Scott Courtright (Chris) of The Villages, Kelly Joel Courtright (Cindy) of Flora, Michael Deon Brown (Mary Ann) of Louisville, Maria Jean Jones (Mike) of Louisville and Rhonda Lee Brown (Tim Highsmith) of Flora; her stepsister Sherri Koopmans (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, James Lapington of Little Rock, Steve Lapington (Karen) of McLeansboro, Illinois, Barbara Conley of Charleston, Janet Leathers of Marion and Judy Siegler of Mt. Carmel, Illinois..
