She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Saint Elmo and Blanche Peavler Neeley; her children, Nancy Fleming (Joe) of Peoria, Rick Serpette (Becky) of Circleville, Roger Serpette of Peoria and Tim Serpette (Peggy) of Tremont; and her brother Gene Neeley (Mary) of Tremont. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
