He is survived by: his wife Erma D. Dotson; his children, Alan Hopping (Sue) of Burlington, WI, Darin Hopping (Chris) of Lake City, FL, Janis Lee (Tom) of Springfield, MO, Judy Broussard (Richard) of Travelers Rest, SC, Sharon Luncsford of Osprey, FL, Jody Patton (Mike) of Tuscola, IL and Diane Emig (Ed) of White Bear, MN; his stepchildren, Rick Baker (Sarah) of Mackinaw, IL and Bev Schmidgall of Morton, IL; and his sister Anna Ratcliff of Astoria, IL.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials may be made in memory of Bud to; Pekin Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses or a charity of donor's choice.
