It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Frakes (Macomb, Illinois), who passed away on August 11, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard M. Weaver and Willamae Weaver (Ferrell) of Joetta; her children, Beth Ann McGruder and Howard Lee Frakes; her sister Inez Koeber; and her grandson Robert.
She is survived by: her spouse Bobbie L. Frakes March; her daughter Connie Lybarger (Gary) of Monmouth; and her brother Marion Weaver (Marylou) of Joetta. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
