He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lemuel Mansir and Pearl Leila Wells Mansir; his wife Vildra Mansir; his brother Keith Mansir; his great grandchild Aidan Young; and his son-in-law Harley Hudson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Hudson of Hot Springs, AR, Pamela Mansir of Port Orange, FL, Teresa Webb (Marlin) of Milan, IL, Daundra Clark (Doug) of Benton, KY and Lara Lessard (Dan) of Macomb, IL.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
