It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Deford (Macomb, Illinois), born in Table Grove, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Deford and Mildred Stremmel Deford; his daughter Joyce Deford; and his brothers, Bob Deford and Jack Deford.
He is survived by: his spouse Billie F. Sowell; his children, Mary Cole (Danny) of Plainville, Robert Hotto (Stephanie) of Macomb and Patricia Phillips (Bradley) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, William Cole (Brandi), Anna Chapman (Darren), Tonia McBride (Matt), Austin Hotto, Douglas Phillips (Olivia), Kendra Hotto, Abbie Weaver-Hotto and Carl Hotto; and his siblings, JoAnn Lindsay, Linda Lane and Ronald Deford (Janice). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
