He was predeceased by: his father Duane Sorrells. He is survived by: his mother Mildred "Millie" Sorrells (Curtis). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
