She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Marguerite Wilhelm-Middendorf and James Robert Middendorf; and her children, James David Pershing, Jason Carl Pershing and Stacy Lynn Pershing.
She is survived by: her spouse Francis Carl Pershing; her children, Carl Michael Pershing (Lisa) of Colchester and Nicole Leann Fugate of Davenport; her grandchildren, Evelyn Luanne Pershing of Colchester and Gwen Michelle Pershing of Colchester; her siblings, Bob Middendorf (Rosey), David Middendorf (Michelle), Joe Middendorf (Rosie), Marian, Hayden, Vicki Janssen, Connie Middendorf and Nancy Dunn (Veronica Orta); and her grandchild Nicki.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Donna Sue Pershing Memorial Fund.
