She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Kost and Louise Stoneking Kost; her brothers, Warren C. Kost and Wayne T. Kost; and her great-nephew Joshua Shelton.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Michael Kost (Tammy), Harvey Kost of Tennessee, Bill Kost, Charles Kost (Denise), LaHarpe, Melissa (Jeff), Lisa Long (Larry), Amy Kost (Andy Klein), Beverly Frakes (Keith) and Debra Sacry (Danny).
In lieu of flowers two memorials have been established to Fandon Christian Church or Bethel Cemetery.
