He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Frakes and Mary Adeline Parker Frakes; and his daughters, Laurie Cox and Tory Frakes. He is survived by: his children, Greg Frakes (Gena) of Industry, Lonnie Frakes (Billie) of Macomb, Vickie Whitaker (Kyle) of Tennessee and Misty Hotto (Brad) of Havana. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; five sisters and many nieces and nephews.
