He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Baumgardner and Aileen Preston Baumgardner; his son Howard Glenn, Jr; and his brother-in-law Dan Brown. He is survived by: his spouse Roberta Brown; his children, Stacy Jo "Pickle" Wilson (Rod) of Table Grove and Angela Sue "Iris" Smock (Gregg) of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Trent Wilson (Alicia Livdahl), Kelsey Baxter (Brad), Kirsta Anderson (Eric), Gabrielle Barnes (Chris), Samantha Smock, Reghan Smock and Elijah Smock; his great grandchildren, Kailey Baxter, Avilyn Baxter, Dawson Baxter, Haidyn Baxter, Allias Wilson and Emery Anderson; his siblings, Larry R. Baumgardner (Carole) of Spring Branch, Texas, Joyce Baumgardner of Macomb, Elsie Sanders (Ken) of San Antonio and Carolyn Taylor (Steve) of San Antonio, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Brown of Macomb, Marcia Henry of Pekin, Janet Yoder of Brunswick, Eileen Gray (Amil) of Rancho Cordova and Ann Brown of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
