It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Ellsworth (Macomb, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ellsworth and Myra Ellsworth; and his sister Cherilyn Winder-Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynida Ross of Perryville Indiana, Eileen Norman of Bossier City, William Ellsworth of Oklahoma and John Ellsworth of Perryville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
