He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sipes and Ruby Sipes; his children, Kathy Rogers and Jimme Sipes; his sister Carol Danner; his niece Tracy Stiener; and his pet Jewels.
He is survived by: his former wives, Jeannie Price Parker and Brenda Mathena; his wife Diane Ford; his children, Russell Sipes, Jennifer James (Sidney), Tonya Campbell, Tony Utter (Michelle) and Bobbi Roberts; and his sisters, Judy Steiner, Connie Sikes, Pat Palm, Brenda Friday and Vickie Markley. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the HSMC new animal shelter.
