It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Holtz of Macomb, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rudolph and Marion Drummond Horne Holtz; and his brothers, Brian Holtz and James Holtz. He is survived by: his sons, Tom Holtz (Rebecca) of Jessup and Matthew Holtz (Wendy) of Bristol, Connecticut; his grandsons, Alexander Owen Holtz, Douglas Edward Holtz and John Joseph Holtz; and his sister Allison Holtz (Marc).
