He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Delores Cook Birdsell, Ralph and Ann Lutrell McGinnis. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Cook (Penny Claypool) of Mt. Sterling and Mary Dianne McGinnis Ward (Donnie) of Rushville; his brother Joel McGinnis of Arizona; and his grandfather Ray Cook of Browning. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
