He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Sullivan (Valli) of Macomb, Elaine Cobb of East Peoria, Rosemary Parks (Dick) of Macomb, Theresa Welch (Bill) of Macomb, Anne Myers (Charles) of Macomb, Barbara Ingledue of Macomb, Linda Kuhlman Hall (Steve) of Quincy and Donna Moore (Rick) of Macomb; his uncle Donald Sullivan of Macomb; his aunt Jan Sullivan of Sky Blue, CO; his brother Fertilizer Co; and his father Matthew Deptula. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
